HOLY HOUR OF PRAYER FOR LIFE: In the hope that NZ upholds Christian values and rejects the End of Life Choice Act, come and join us in prayer every Sunday 8-9pm finishing 11th Oct at St Teresa’s Church, 8 Puriri St, Riccarton.

SAINT THERESE ROSE PETAL EVENING:  A time of prayer & reflection. Friday 2nd October, 7-9pm St Teresa’s church, 8 Puriri Street, Riccarton. All welcome.

CHRISM MASS: The Chrism Mass originally scheduled for just prior to Easter will now be celebrated on Monday 5th October at 7pm at St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral.  Everyone is most welcome to attend.

DEACON TANG PHAN ORDINATION TO THE PRIESTHOOD: Due to lockdown restrictions the date of Deacon Tang’s ordination to the priesthood has been changed to Saturday 10 October at 11am at St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral.

ROSARY: The rosary will be said after the 5.30pm Monday evening Mass at Sacred Heart during October, starting on the 12th October.

SEASONS FOR GROWTH COURSE – is a change, loss and grief education programme to help us learn techniques and attitudes to respond well to change and loss in our lives. Often change happens to us – it’s not something we  choose for ourselves, but we can learn ways to respond positively. Some examples of how change and loss may have affected your life is through a bereavement, illness, injury, immigrating, separation, divorce or retirement. This small group course begins on Saturday 17th on October 10am-12.30pm at Sacred Heart, Addington  for 4 weeks.
